The breathtaking lake views were the highlight of my stay! The staff were super accommodating, especially when I had an issue with ants in my room. Just a heads up, the bed was a bit hard for my back. 🌅

strong internet, stunning lake view, large rooms
Difficulties with inconsistent hot water supply!!! Noise from neighbors can disrupt sleep quality!!! Room windows facing corridors lack privacy and let in no natural light!!! Ant issues could easily be addressed!!!

The serene atmosphere, paired with stunning lake views, made our stay memorable. My kids loved watching the birds outside, and breakfast was perfect for our adventures. I appreciated how helpful the staff was when we asked for local recommendations during our family trip with my girlfriend.
My wife says that more kid-friendly activities would enhance the experience.

We loved our room with a balcony offering an amazing lake view. It was on the 3rd floor, so no elevator, but the staff were super helpful and carried our bags. The bed was comfy, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The outdoor balconies were a nice touch, perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Just a heads up, breakfast wasn’t the best, but overall, we had a pleasant stay here!

My recent stay was quite enjoyable. The view from the room was stunning, and the overall comfort of the accommodations was excellent. I particularly appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who provided valuable advice on transportation to Tikal after I encountered delays. The hotel’s proximity to the airport, just 6 minutes away, made early morning departures convenient. Additionally, the shared balconies with chairs offer delightful views of the lake, adding to the charm of the stay.

Great place for couples
The views of the lake from the balcony were something else, especially at sunrise, just fine! The staff was really nice, they tried to help us with recommendations even with their limited English,, and the laundry service was very affordable.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain,, but for the experience, it was acceptable.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds set the tone for a pleasant stay. The balcony views of the lake at sunrise were memorable, adding a serene start to each day. Although the breakfast variety was limited, the homemade jams were a delightful touch. A fridge in the room would have been an enhancement, and the limited English spoken by some staff occasionally posed a minor challenge when seeking recommendations.
